Yeomans’ Quay
This is a project primarily supported by Mike Cawthorne and John Ducker.
With other club members including Mike Harrison and Tim Goddard, getting involved as they choose.
The naming of this layout is in memory of Tom Yeomans, a late member of the club, who sadly died of cancer.
The concept is modular, with several phases of development possible - two seem to have happened at once
(not even 1 & 2!). The first two phases are based on six curved baseboards giving a wharf, with access off the
rear to a simple fiddle yard.
The first six boards are now complete. The opportunity has been taken to dual wire the layout for both
conventional DC and DCC operation.
